Shipping & Returns
BIVERSTÅHL JEWELRY ships worldwide free of charge. We do our utmost to ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible. For items in stock delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. For items not in stock production and delivery time is 4-6 weeks. However, we do not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. We will not compensate for any inconvenience that may occur in case of any delays. During the high sales season the delivery time may be affected. When you place your order, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with information on how to track your package. The delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and company addresses, not to PO boxes. If the outer packaging is damaged, do not accept the package and report this to the driver or postal agent. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us. If you discover against any odds that something is missing or damaged when you open the shipment, this must be notified to us at the earliest possible opportunity.
To pick up your package you need to provide valid ID. The package must be collected in given time.
Not picked up: For packages not picked up on time, we charge €35. This is to cover the costs arising for us to handle the return of the package.
When you make a purchase on www.biverstahl.com you can always change your mind within 14 days from receiving your order. Returns are at your own expense. The products must be in original, unused condition. Items must have all tags attached and be returned together with all original packaging. However, you can of course try your product to see if it fits. Remember to be careful and keep in mind that the rings are easy to scratch and we cannot take jewelry that in some way is damaged or scratched in return. Custom made orders or modified rings from our website are not included in our return policy.
To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
- Send an E-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason why you want to make a return so that we can identify and process your refund properly.
- Pack the product you wish to return. You can reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.

- Please note that the returned package must be send directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up the package at any parcel shops.
- Once we have received the products, your money will be returned within 30 days. We always make an assessment of your return, if the product is not returned on time or used, damaged, scratched, dirty and considered non-sellable, it will not be accepted as a return.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you pack the item well and keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
If you wish to exchange (replace) your product, you will have to return the one you wish to replace (please see the steps in RETURNS above) and then place a new order for the product you want to replace it with.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect jewelry (style, size, or color), please make a complaint by contacting us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide a photo of the defect. Guarantee of goods only covers original product defects, and not errors that occur during or after a change of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or adjusting the product. Your order confirmation is valid as a guarantee. The reclaim covers products that are incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Keep all the packaging. If the claim is approved and a defect or incorrect product has been sent, BIVERSTÅHL JEWELRY will provide you with a return label for free shipping.
The first step of a complaint is to try to correct the error. If this is not possible we will replace you with a new product. If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive the money back. Refund takes place within 30 business days of receiving and accepting your return. We can only make a refund in the same way and to the same account used at the time of purchase.
BIVERSTÅHL JEWELRY reserves the right to deny a claim if it proves that the product is not incorrect under current consumer protection legislation. Regarding complaints BIVERSTÅHL JEWELRY follows guidelines from the Consumer Complaints Board, see www.arn.se. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.
We offer a 3 years warranty on our jewelry due to fabrication errors but not wear. Remember to never wear your rings at times when extra wear may occur, such as exercise, gardening and suchlike. Please read our “Jewelry Care” section.
